Alulod Spring, Malvar, Batangas, Philippines
It was June 12th and since it was a holiday, I grabbed the opportunity to visit my high school friend who works as a teacher in Batangas. I left Manila before sunrise and upon arrival in Malvar, I quickly asked her where I could have my breakfast. We then decided to go to this spring where we could catch up and continue with our stories. After all, itโ€™s been years since we last saw each other.

I was already expecting lots of people swimming because it was a holiday. It was fine with me. I could always come back to take better photos since itโ€™s just near Manila.

I went back on a weekday with two of my Batangueno friends who live in Lipa City. It was early in the morning and we got the place to ourselves. The gloomy weather also made it absolutely perfect for my long exposure shots.
